Ingredients

  • 200 g 7 oz avocado flesh
  • 3 tbsps honey
  • 150 g ½ cup + 2 tbsps non-dairy topping cream
  • 60 ml ¼ cup plain water

Instructions

  • Add honey and water to avocado flesh, blend until smooth. (Reminder: The non-dairy topping cream used in this recipe is sweetened, therefore not much honey is added.)
  • Whip non-dairy topping cream until stiff. (Reminder: Use stainless mixing bowl for whipping. Keep both mixing bowl and whisk in freezer for 30 minutes to chill them up before using. You may use dairy whipping cream and sweetened to taste with condensed milk too, just whip until soft peak if using dairy whipping cream.)
  • Add avocado paste to the non-dairy whipped cream, mix until combined, then transfer to a container and cover.
  • Freeze for 6-7 hours until firm. (Reminder: The ice-cream will harden after freezing overnight. Leave it at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving will make it easier to be scooped out.)
