Gently tap the seed with knife. Getting the pressure just right until a cut is made to twist the seed out. This tap and twist method requires some skill and practices. Seed can also be removed by pulling it out with spoon or fingertips.
Gently scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Put all ingredients in blender and process until smooth and creamy.
