Freeze for two hours in a container covered with aluminium foil.
Place a scoop of ice cream in between separated Oreo cookies and press gently. Cover immediately in the frozen container. Work fast and do in smaller batches, placed them in the freezer immediately. Freeze for at least four hours.
Store in airtight container or seal in cookie wraps.
Grab one from the freezer when you need a quick snack.
