- 500 g pork ribs cut into pieces
- 50 g minced taucu black bean paste
- 2 red chilies chopped
- 35 g garlic chopped
- 2 tsps sugar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- ½ tbsp cornstarch
Dry pork ribs with kitchen towels, add in all ingredients and mix well.
Keep refrigerated to marinate for 1 hour.
Transfer marinated pork ribs to heat-resistant plate for steaming.
Bring water of steamer to the boil, steam over medium-high heat for 20 minutes.
Steamed pork ribs with black bean sauce (Taucu) is done.
