Dry cleaned boneless chicken whole legs with kitchen towels.
Pierce chicken whole legs with holes using a fork.
Combine ingredients for marinade in blender, blend until fine.
Pour marinade over chicken whole legs, coat each well with marinade. Keep refrigerated to marinate for at least 5 hours or overnight. (Reminder: Marinate longer for better taste.)
Set aside marinated chicken at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling. Transfer marinated chicken to a large pan (discard excess marinade), coat both sides with cooking oil.
Put wire rack into air fryer basket, coat with cooking oil.
Arrange chicken whole legs on wire rack (skin-side down).
Put into air fryer, bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Turn the chicken whole legs over, bake again at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Bake at 200°C for another 5 minutes.
Cut chicken chops into small pieces.
