Making grilled curry chicken chops with an air-fryer is quite convenient. You may marinate the chicken chops 1-2 days ahead and keep them refrigerated, just grill them whenever you want to eat.
Dry cleaned boneless chicken whole legs with kitchen towels.
Pierce chicken whole legs with holes using a fork.
Add in salt, sugar and curry powder, coat each well with marinade. Keep refrigerated to marinate for at least 5 hours or overnight. (Reminder: Marinate the wings longer for better taste.)
Set aside the marinated chicken whole legs at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling. Coat both sides of chicken whole legs with cooking oil.
Put wire rack into air fryer basket, coat with cooking oil.
Arrange chicken whole legs on wire rack (skin-side down).
Put into air fryer, bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Turn the chicken whole legs over, bake again at 180°C for 10 minutes
Bake at 200°C for another 5 minutes.
Cut chicken into smaller pieces.
