Making grilled curry chicken chops with an air-fryer is quite convenient. You may marinate the chicken chops 1-2 days ahead and keep them refrigerated, just grill them whenever you want to eat.

Grilled Curry Chicken Chop with Air Fryer | MyKitchen101en
Yields: 4 pieces
Ingredients:
- 4 pcs boneless chicken whole legs
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 4 tsps fine sugar
- 5 ½ tsps curry powder
- some cooking oil
Instructions:
1 Dry cleaned boneless chicken whole legs with kitchen towels.
2 Pierce chicken whole legs with holes using a fork.
3 Add in salt, sugar and curry powder, coat each well with marinade.
4 Keep refrigerated to marinate for at least 5 hours or overnight. (Reminder: Marinate the wings longer for better taste.)
5 Set aside the marinated chicken whole legs at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling.
6 Coat both sides of chicken whole legs with cooking oil.
7 Put wire rack into air fryer basket, coat with cooking oil.
8 Arrange chicken whole legs on wire rack (skin-side down).
9 Put into air fryer, bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
10 Turn the chicken whole legs over, bake again at 180°C for 10 minutes.
11 Bake at 200°C for another 5 minutes.
12 Cut chicken into smaller pieces.
