- 60 g fine sugar about ¼ cup + 2 tsps
- 50 g corn oil (or other vegetable oil) about ¼ cup
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder + 2 tsps water
- 60 g milk about ¼ cup
- 120 g cake flour about 1¼ cups
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda/sodium bicarbonate
