Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • water for boiling

Instructions
 

  • Clean the eggs (room temperature), put into a saucepan, add in water (water level should be higher than eggs)。
  • Bring to the boil.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until your preferred doneness: 5 mins, 7 mins or 10 mins (the suggested time is for size A eggs, if you use a smaller egg, slightly reduce the cooking time).
  • Soak the cooked eggs in ice water until completely cooled before removing the egg shells (always use 7 to 10-day-old eggs for easy peeling).
  • Hard-boiled eggs with different doneness:
  • Seven minutes doneness.
  • Ten minutes doneness.
