  • 500 g pork ribs cut into pieces
  • 50 g minced taucu black bean paste
  • 2 red chilies chopped
  • 35 g garlic chopped
  • 2 tsps sugar
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • ½ tbsp cornstarch


  • Dry pork ribs with kitchen towels, add in all ingredients and mix well.
  • Keep refrigerated to marinate for 1 hour.
  • Transfer marinated pork ribs to heat-resistant plate for steaming.
  • Bring water of steamer to the boil, steam over medium-high heat for 20 minutes.
  • Steamed pork ribs with black bean sauce (Taucu) is done.
