For cheesecake:

- 28 g gelatin powder 9 tsps
- 500 g cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 165 g fine granulated sugar ¾ cup + 1¼ tbsps
- 300 g plain yogurt 1 cup + 3½ tbsps
- grated lemon zest 1 lemon
- 3 tbsps lemon juice
- 300 g blueberry filling 1 cup
