Simple Home-Cooked Dish: Stir-Fry Dark Soy Sauce Pork Belly
Stir-Fry Dark Soy Sauce Pork Belly is a simple home cook dish, it can be served with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal that is sure to impress your family and friends.
Add sugar, salt, white pepper, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce to pork belly, mix well. Set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat cooking oil over medium heat in non-stick wok, then add in chopped garlic, cook until it is fragrant.
Put in marinated pork, cook until the outer layer is cooked.
Add in hot water, bring to the boil, reduce to medium-low heat, put on the lid and simmer for 20 minutes, until the meat is tender.
After 20 minutes, turn to medium-high heat, cook until the sauce has dried up and oil is split, and the meat is shinny. Transfer the Stir-Fry Dark Soy Sauce Pork Belly to a dish, discard excess oil.

Reminder:
Before cutting the meat, wash it first with water, then absorb excess water using kitchen towels. It is recommended to cook this stir-fried meat on medium to medium-high heat.
During cooking, when you need to add in other ingredient, try lower the heat of the stove first, increase the heat again after adding the ingredient. This will prevent the ingredients in the wok from burning.
During the 20 minutes of simmering, open the lid and give the meat a stir for 1-2 times.
