Easy homemade blueberry jam with only 3 ingredients: blueberry, sugar, and lemon juice, with no other additives or preservatives. It can be served with yogurt or used as a filling for blueberry cheesecake.

Ingredients:
- 350 g frozen blueberries
- 150 g sugar
- 3 tbsps lemon juice
Instructions:
1 Combine blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a sauce pot. (Reminder: Use a cooking pot with a thicker base to prevent burning.)
2 Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium heat, and cook for 11-12 minutes until thickened.
3 Transfer the jam to a clean container and set it aside to cool.
4 Cover and keep refrigerated when cooled. (Reminder: To consume, take out the desired portion with a clean and dry spoon, return the remaining to the fridge immediately, and consume within 1 month.)

Where you source blueberries?
I bought frozen blueberries from bakery supplies shop.
Can use this method to make other jam filling such as strawberry, kiwi etc?
