Yield: 5 servings

Ingredients:

  • 500 g pork ribs (cut into pieces)
  • 50 g minced taucu (bean paste)
  • 2 red chilies (chopped)
  • 35 g garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tsps sugar
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions:

1 Dry pork ribs with kitchen towels, add in all ingredients and mix well, keep refrigerated to marinate for 1 hour.

2 Transfer marinated pork ribs to heat-resistant plate for steaming.

3 Bring water of steamer to the boil, steam over medium-high heat for 20 minutes.
