Oreo and ice cream is an awesome combo, absolutely delicious and very addictive. Great for parties or enjoy at home when you need a quick snack. Make batches in advance, seal in cookie wraps or store in an airtight container, sweet and easy.

Oreo Ice Cream Sandwich | MyKitchen101en
Yield: 15 pieces
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Oreo cookies (15 pieces)
- 15 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Instructions:
1 Twist and pull apart Oreos.
2 Freeze for two hours in a container covered with aluminium foil.
3 Place a scoop of ice cream in between separated Oreo cookies and press gently. Cover immediately in the frozen container. Work fast and do in smaller batches, placed them in the freezer immediately. Freeze for at least four hours.
4 Store in airtight container or seal in cookie wraps. Grab one from the freezer when you need a quick snack.
